VESTALIFE WINS THIRD CONSECUTIVE “BEST OF SHOW” TITLE AT CES 2010 FOR BOA®, BUMBLEBEE® AND SCARAB® EARBUDS

LIFESTYLE ELECTRONICS COMPANY TAKES HONORS WITH FIRST PRODUCTS IN ALL-NEW AUDIO CATEGORY

Studio City, CA — Vestalife was honored at CES “2010” with their third consecutive “Best of Show” title from iLounge—the Apple experts. The award came just one day after the multiple award-winning lifestyle electronics company revealed three new earbuds at the CES show in Las Vegas and officially announced their entrance into the earbud category in the consumer electronics market.

iLounge, who this year hosted the CES “iLounge Pavilion” reviewed thousands of products at the show and selected the three new earbuds from Vestalife as the “Best of Show” amongst the biggest names in consumer electronics in one of the industry's hottest product categories.

“We’re so honored to accept the “Best of Show” award from iLounge for the Bumblebee®, Boa® and the Scarab®. After revealing our new earbuds yesterday, we have been overwhelmed with the initial response we have received.” says Vestalife Founder and President Wayne Ludlum. “We are recognized for our iPhone/iPod lifestyle speaker docks that have connected emotionally with our consumers, but we are eager to enter this new space. We want to provide consumers with earbuds that are truly designed with character and continue to offer products that combine fashion with function and connect emotionally within the Vestalife family of products. “We are excited to be honored by iLounge for the third year in a row and look forward to launching the new Vestalife earbuds at the end of the second quarter of 2010.” says Vestalife CEO Fred Faulkner.

Bumblebee includes refined geometric shapes with defined radius details and high and low rings that add depth as they help focus attention on the sophisticated lens-shaped disk at the rear of the design. The clear cover protects the inner design as it gives the user a more comfortable grip for inserting or removing the earbuds. The rich shades of colors in the earbud body are echoed in the braided, metallic-look cord, with defined radius details on this disk. This reinforces the Vestalife brand language for on-the-go listening.

Boa revealed its name when the wrap-around cord gently “squeezed” the housing. With its elegant, understated design and the natural fabric look of the cord, it has a classic, casual feel. Taking a cue from high fashion, this design style features the embossed Vestalife logo in a prominent location, highlighted with subtle color to harmonize with and enhance the design while reinforcing the Vestalife brand.

Scarab evokes the rich history of the iconic Egyptian symbol of renewal and rebirth with a thoroughly modern feel. The gold back plate is visible through the translucent ear fitting, giving Scarab great appeal. A ring of color separates the earpiece from the body of the earbud, which features a sculpted pinch-grip to encourage removal by the earbud, not the cord. The insert tab is folded to form a natural cord-relief. Color accents in the cord complete the look, which resembles a braided gold necklace.
