Tri-State
Corvette
Club
convenes
to
supportkids,
families
and
local
communities
DETROIT,
MI - On
Saturday,
May
11th,
seventy-five
Corvette
owners,
along
with
corporate
sponsors
Matick
Chevrolet
and
Lingenfelter
Motor
Sports
will
raise
much
needed
funds
supporting
the
Ronald
McDonald
House of
Ann
Arbor,
Trunk or
Treat
with
Detroit
Police
Precincts,
Thanksgiving
Meals
for over
40
families
and the
Detroit
Phoenix
Center,
an
organization
servicing
homeless
children.
This
28-mile
escorted
cruise
will
begin at
Matick
Chevrolet
in
Redford
with a
press
conference,
as
supporters
gather
for a
continental
breakfast
and to
hear
remarks
from Ken
Lingenfelter,
owner of
Lingenfelter
Motor
Sports
along
with
Pamela
Moore,
President
& CEO of
Detroit
Public
Schools
Foundation.
Spring
Cruise
2019
begins
at 14001
Telegraph
Road in
Redford,
Michigan
and
registration
for this
event
lasts
from
7:30 am
to 9:00
am. For

Competition
Corvette
Club of
Michigan
is a
Tri-State
(Michigan,
Ohio and
Indiana)
501 C-3
organization,
among
other
charitable
causes,
supports
a
College
Scholarship
Fund.
“Our
club
members
come
from a
number
of
different
backgrounds,
including
Law
Enforcement,
branches
of the
Military,
Education,
and we
have
several
Business
owners”,
says
Roderick
Grimes,
State of
Michigan
President.
“The
common
bond
between
all of
our
members
is the
desire
to give
back to
different
communities
in
support
of those
less
fortunate”.

Mission
To
become a
positive
organization
within
our
community,
using
our
Corvettes
to
inspire
strong
educational
and
social
values,
by
demonstrating
a
positive
lifestyle
for
young
people
as well
as
utilizing
our
collective
resources
to
assist
the
underprivileged
and
poor.
